By accessing or using Randovu ("the Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Your continued use of Randovu after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Randovu. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. You must provide your accurate and truthful date of birth during the verification process. Randovu employs AI-powered age verification technology that analyzes facial features to confirm your age. Any attempt to misrepresent your age will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Randovu under any circumstances, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
Randovu offers two types of accounts: Guest accounts and Registered accounts. Guest accounts provide temporary access without requiring an email address but are subject to the same verification requirements and rules of conduct. Registered accounts allow you to save preferences, build a reputation, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Randovu is a face-to-face video chat platform. Your camera must remain turned on and your face must be visible at all times during video chat sessions. Covering, blocking, or obscuring your camera in any way—including but not limited to physical obstructions, software overlays, virtual backgrounds that hide your face, or pointing your camera away from yourself—will result in automatic disconnection from the session. Repeated violations may lead to strikes or permanent bans. Microphone access is also required for full participation in conversations.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Randovu:
Randovu uses AI-powered real-time content moderation to detect and prevent prohibited content, including nudity, sexual activity, and other violations. This system analyzes video frames in real time during active sessions. Additionally, periodic webcam captures may be taken during sessions for quality control and safety purposes. These captures are stored temporarily (up to 30 days) and are used solely for moderation review, safety enforcement, and compliance with applicable laws. Content flagged by the AI system may be reviewed by human moderators to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Randovu operates a strike-based enforcement system. Users who violate these Terms will receive strikes on their account. Three strikes result in a permanent ban from the Platform. Severe violations—including but not limited to sharing CSAM, explicit threats of violence, or exposing minors to harmful content—will result in an immediate and permanent ban without prior warning, and may be reported to law enforcement. Users may report other users at any time during or after a session. Reports are reviewed by both AI and human moderation teams.
Randovu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Randovu does not guarantee the behavior, identity, or age of any user, despite our verification processes. You acknowledge that interactions with other users are at your own risk. Randovu is not responsible for any content shared by users, any harm arising from user interactions, any technical failures or interruptions, or any damages resulting from your use of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Randovu disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Randovu, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you transmit or make available through the Platform.
Randovu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For registered users, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of Randovu immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
